Offload and Boat Loading Reels

Flex-Tech have bespoke and proven reel systems designed with a view to preserving flexibles. With more installations using reeled offload systems our reel design, fabrication and consultancy services act at various levels. Our knowledge of bonded hoses in this application has been gained from experience, design expertise and an understanding of the global and local interaction of hoses when stored in this manner.

Our Boat Loading Stations are designed to minimise manual handling, supply vessel along side time and damage to infrastructure and hoses, though principally to preserve product containment and prevent spillage. Our systems are capable of handling Potable Water, Drill Mud, Diesel, Barrite, Cement, Sea Water and Sewage and can be delivered as turnkey solutions if desired.
